Every room ready, without walking every floor
Housekeeping checks with photo proof, escalation when a room stalls, and a record of who prepared what.
What owners tell us
The question you answer forty times a shift
"What's on today?" "When am I in next?" "How many hours have I done?" Every one of them is a message to a manager who is doing something else.
What Oversee does: Every employee has an assistant in the app, in their own language, that answers from their own tasks, rota and hours — and opens a leave request for them when they ask. The manager hears about it once, when there is something to decide.
Rooms marked clean that are not
Housekeeping marks the suite ready. The guest checks in at four to a towel on the bathroom floor. That is a comped night and a review that lasts for years.
What Oversee does: A room can require a photograph before it is marked ready, and a manager can approve or send it back with a note. The photograph carries the time and the room's site, written in.
Turnovers that stall silently
A room sits half-finished because somebody was pulled to another floor. Reception finds out when the guest is at the desk.
What Oversee does: A task past its planned time reaches the supervisor for that property, and rises to management if it stays undone. Nobody has to notice for it to be noticed.
Night audit and handover
The night shift's work and the morning's briefing live on a clipboard, and the two shifts never overlap.
What Oversee does: Hand the shift over in the app and the unstarted work goes with it. Announcements reach the right property or role, and you can see who has read them.
Staff who do not share a language
Housekeeping, maintenance and the front desk often do not read the same language, and a procedure written in one is followed by guesswork in the other.
What Oversee does: The app appears in the language each person's phone is set to — ten of them, including right-to-left — so a checklist is read, not deciphered.
A room turnover that can be checked
The lines that decide whether a guest walks into a finished room, with proof on the ones that matter.
- Linen stripped and replaced, dated
- Bathroom cleaned and restocked — photo required
- Amenities staged to standard — photo required
- Surfaces, remotes and switches sanitised
- Minibar checked and recorded
- Faults reported with photo
- Room marked ready for approval
Common questions
Can a supervisor reject a room?
Yes. Rooms that need approval go to a queue with the photograph and any note, and can be sent back with a reason. The resubmission keeps its own history.
Do you keep guest data?
No. Oversee records work — tasks, times, photographs of rooms and staff hours. It is not a property management system and holds nothing about your guests.
We have properties in two countries. Does that work?
Yes. Data lives in the region your company belongs to — United States or European Union — and stays there.
Start with your own checklist — Fourteen days, no card. Build the real list for your site and watch it come back with the proof attached.
