Common questions
Can I keep cleaning records for insurance?
Yes. Every completed task keeps who did it, when, and the photograph. You set how long photographs are kept, and the record stays even after a photo is removed by that policy.
Do part-time staff need accounts?
Everyone who does work gets their own account, so the record says who. Adding somebody is an invitation by email.
We have three clubs. How is it priced?
Per site. Each club has its own lists, staff and reports, and is billed on its own.
