Common questions
Does it track where my staff are all night?
No. Location is recorded at the moment somebody clocks in or completes a task that asks for it, and never in the background. It is not required to clock in, because basements and cold rooms have no GPS.
What happens if a phone dies mid-shift?
Work already done is already recorded, and anything captured offline is sent when the phone comes back. A manager can correct a record, and the correction is logged.
Can head office see everything?
As much as you allow. Permissions are set per role and enforced on the server, and every change to a record is in an audit log nobody can delete.
